Access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene is fundamental to people’s wellbeing and dignity. One of our WASH partners, Sanergy, provides clean and affordable sanitation in poor urban areas of Nairobi, Kenya. Sanergy has pioneered a scalable business model that delivers safe and sustainable sanitation services without sewers. Sanergy manages a network of toilets located where people live, work, and study and then regularly collects the waste and converts it into saleable products.
